Central College Dublin has arrangements in place for the protection of students tuition fee in the event that a programme ceases prematurely. Learner Protection provides peace of mind which guarantee complies with the Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) Act 2012 part 6 requirements (that all programmes of 3 months or more duration have in place arrangements for the Protection of Enrolled Learners to ensure learners have the opportunity to complete their programme of study.)

CCD has learner protection in place for its English language learners via ION Insurance Group and in accordance with the ‘New Arrangements To Apply to English Language Programmes from 1st October 2015 introduced by the Department of Justice and Equality, Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Services (INIS) in association with the Department of Education and Skills.
